Providing Training for the Engineers like semi and fully automated Biochemsitry Analysers and Electrolyte.

Visiting to the Customer place for New installations and escalation calls.

Handling technical and non – technical aspects in Electrolyte.

Handling new products and evaluation.

Supporting Field calls over phone and mails.

2.Non – Technical:

Handling Warranty Claiming of the spares and co-ordinating with Principle companies.

Co-ordinating the ICRT training for the freshers.
