• Preparing, dispensing and controlling medications accurately and timely for patients

• Adapts, extends, and modifies prescriptions as well as perform specific acts under the delegation or collaboration of a prescriber to the extent permitted by provincial regulations
• Organize dispensary functions and personnel to optimize workflow and manage front shop operations
• Ensure the completion of all pharmacy-related paperwork
• Manage inventory and shrink
• Manage unionized employees and the staff pharmacist(s)
• Resolve staff issues and concerns
