Roles and Responsibilities
• Review and coordinates MEP plans, check all contract documents and specification prior to site implementation.
• Direct supervision, coordination and monitoring of MEP works and site equipments.
• Monitor critical coordination works; like pipe chase, ceiling and wall closure, and fire compartmentation.
• Coordinate works with structural and architectural to assists work progress.
• Provide regular reports, site memo, and non-conformance notice when necessary.
• Regular inspection of installation to ensure workmanship and compliance.
• Supervise all construction inspection and testing with the subcontractors and owners representative.
• Conduct testing and commissioning with the subcontractors and owners representative prior to handover of system.
