Currently associated with Turbo Energy Ltd (A Unit Of TVS Group) Chennai as Lead Engineer-Maintenance Department (Turbocharger assembly) from Aug’10 to till date. Turbo Energy Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of Turbocharger and its components in India.

Lead Engineer – Maintenance Engineering (Assembly)

Key Deliverables:

Preparation monthly Preventive maintenance (PM) Plan for the assembly stations, Special purpose machines (SPM) meant for turbocharger assembly line and execution of same as per the schedule.

Preparation of TS 16949 Documents for Audit.

Study the Sensors, Electronics (LVDT, Pressure transmitter) and induction heating unit variation and fixing of the calibration frequency.

Maintenance & trouble shooting of PLC based assembly stations, SPM, test rigs and Assembly tools (Torque tools and controller).

Dc tools torque programming and calibration of the DC tools and controller.

Preparation of critical spares list and maintenance of the critical spares considering the inventory cost.

Automatic vision inspection programming.

Analysis of MTTR, MTTF using the basic tools and reduce the downtime in assembly line.

Kaizen implementation and presentation.
