QC (form.com) application is provided by WorldApp. Quality inspections and Supplier Audits were earlier performed by QCs in excel. A system support for this was needed to improve the administration of inspection and supplier Audits. QC (form.com) was deployed in December 2016.

Uses of Form.com

Automatically generate “Quality inspection and supplier Audit” tasks QC(form.com) makes it easier for the user to log the outcome of inspection and supplier Audit. Export the outcome of the inspection and Su Audit to the BI systems (qlikview and Ninja) to generate the reports and analyze the statistics of the supplier or production units. Description

The purpose with OFU is to track the orders created in HMOrder application and validate the status update along with transfer for data to corresponding receiver.

Orders received from applications which falls under BOPO platform are called BOPO internal orders. we will mainly receive those order in OFU application.

OFU is getting the order details from HMO which is raised the order. Production office and buying office are the main users for OFU. merchandiser is responsible to taking place the order and fill the order details information by the Merchandiser, Buying Office, HMOrder, GPO, Supplier are involved in OFU.

Once the order placed and we will be received those from HMO, where initially assigned to status as ‘New’ also, we will receive order details and order reports at the same time to our application.

If we update any data in order placed, status is changed to update. This updated status indicates the data is exported to order system. Responsibilities
