Currently working in Perfect Electronics Pvt Ltd as Production Supervisor and responsible for manufacturing, Testing & Quality control of Line Driver Transformer units. Personally oversee a team of 25 Production, Testing & Quality control operators and support personnel. Work closely with engineering department like Maintenance, Planning to meet the production & Quality demand.

Identifying the potential operators and providing necessary training to reach company target.

Reading electrical design specification and technical drawing.
