• Worked on projects ranging from data visualization, Python package development, and predictive model development.

• Developed a PySpark based categorical encoding system that allowed the MUSC Data Science team to create predictive model pipelines using flexible types of encoding.

• Conducted analysis that was useful for exploring potential racial bias in Glove text word embedding. This directly led to the MUSC Data Science team to abandon pre trained embedding in favor of custom embedding and the analysis was distributed to the top levels of MUSC.

• Traditional Time Series forecasting, specifically hospital volume metrics based on charges, payments, and visits. The conducted analyses correctly identified most metrics as non-stationary and helped justify the use of advanced deep learning tech for forecasting.
