PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Working as Assistant Engineer with Toshiba JSW Power Systems, Gurgaon (Dec’2018-Present).

Worked as Assistant Engineer Trainee in Toshiba JSW Power Systems, Gurgaon (Dec’2017 – Dec’2018).

Worked as Team Member Trainee in Toshiba JSW Power Systems, Gurgaon (Dec’2016 – Dec’2017). Supported in the implementation of following functionalities in Enovia:

Restructuring Functionality : Performance improvement by reduction in time taken for task attribute update .

Testing to record the time taken for update of different attributes and effects on time taken based on number of tasks in view.

Forecast Functionality : Inclusion of forecast dates meant for rescheduling of tasks. Introduction of forecast view, which includes forecast dates, duration, float available, critical path etc. User can input the forecast dates, after analysing the affects of new dates on the overall project schedule, if the HoD and PM accept the new dates, the forecast dates get copied to estimated dates.

Testing for time taken by user for the submission of forecast dates. From HoD role, if the user has submitted request for approval of forecast dates, time taken and the behaviour of task upon approval. For Project Manager, behaviour of task if the task is received for approval of forecast dates.

Document Functionality: Interface between Enovia and Document Management System to include document submission progress into project schedule in enovia. Tasks involving submission of deliverables are converted to MDL type of tasks. For MDL kind of tasks, user can import the document list from the Document Management System, based on the number of documents and the state in which individual documents are, task progress percentage is calculated as the average for individual progress for all tasks.

Enovia template contains the task attributes required for progress calculations. Testing that the values under the same attributes rom DMS, sit under the right headers, in correct format and no extra fields are imported.

Enovia-AdDRess Integration Functionality: Interface between enovia and AdDRess system to include progress of DR tasks in project schedule.

Tasks involving Design Review meetings are converted to DR kind of tasks. DR data from Enovia is placed on a server location on daily basis, AdDRess system reads the data and creation, deletion or update operations take place as per the data. The data goes to server again and enovia tasks are updated accordingly

Conversion of Function tasks to DR type, extraction of DR data from enovia and AdDRess systems, mapping of both on the basis of packages for creation of DR's which aren't already created as an initial step.

Enovia-EBS Integration Functionality : Implementation of EBS - Enovia interface with an objective to enable Enovia and EBS systems get connected on cost/sales fronts, providing a platform to gauge project progress achieved and cost / sales exhausted while the execution in progress.

Testing for EPC categorization of tasks/ W2 and Engineering Progress Calculation, Department Progress Calculation, Loading/Display of EBS data into Enovia, Monthly P/L calculation for Project based on currency exchange rates, Graphical representation of EBS data in Enovia.
