Century Developing luxurious Residential and Potted developments from 1973. Company having largest land-bank owner in Bangalore. Company grows rapidly with all aspects. Company completed around 60 projects and 15 ongoing projects. In this organization my scope of work is Sustainability of landscape designs, BOQ Preparation, Estimation, Co-ordination with Architects and Execution team, Vendor management, Irrigation and Landscape development execution, Resource Planning, Billing etc.

Century – Ethos : This is 30 Acres Luxurious project at Hebbal, Bangalore. Project having 150000 Sqft area with Podium and Natural ground. Sustainable Landscape designed. This Project we are doing automatic Irrigation Systems. Avenue native trees preferred, Mini golf, Artistic plants plantation, Sturdy and sustainable shrubs and groundcovers plantation.

Century – Central : This is 15 Acres Project designed by Synergy Consultants. Preparing BOQ, Estimation of landscape area, Sources of Plants, Materials, Vendor management, Cost saving by Local site- soil reclamation.

Century – Artizan : This is 260 Acres plotted development Project having well-designed 15 Parks, Native trees and sustainable shrubs plantation, Orchid garden, Sunken garden, Water bodies, Sream-lines, Water-Plants plantation, Cactus, Rockery and Succulants Garden, Multi purpose Lawn Area development, Kids Play area, Elders Garden Etc

Completed 90 % of Landscape area within time period of six months along with installation of semi-automatic landscape irrigation system.1000 Peripheral Trees Plantation, 9000 Shrubs Plantation, 30000 Groundcovers plantation and lawn plantation. Semi-automatic Irrigation system installation including Pop-up, Uni-spray and Drip irrigation with solenoid valve system installed to whole landscape area.

Mar’08 – Dec’10 with AHURA Builders, Pune.

Executed landscape designs of recognized landscape architectural firms.

Title: Pearl-Tower, Pune. ( Area : 04 Acres ) Landscape Architect: Ajit Madkaiker.

Executed & maintained 1.5 acres of landscape, Rain water harvesting system, Organic waste converting plant, Sewage treatment plant of the Pearl-Tower.
