Professional Experience:

Worked as a Diploma Engineer Trainee in TONGLIT AUTOGISTIC PVT LTD in Chennai from June-2017 to May-2018

Worked as a Process Quality Junior Engineer in TONGLIT AUTOGISTIC PVT LTD at the project of CKD & SKD exports from June- 2018 to Dec-2019 present.

Working as Business Planner in TONGLIT AUTOGISTIC PVT LTD from Jan-2020 to till present.

Key roles & responsibilities,

As Diploma Trainee:

Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments on contract labor. Production planning as per requirement of our customer. Ensure the process followed from receiving to dispatch of materials. Coordinating wit design team for revision of drawings. Production of ROLL FORMING Pallets and bins as per requirement. Ensure the quality of product after production and conduct Pre Delivery Inspection.

As Process Quality Junior Engineer:

Document verification for receipt and dispatch of materials. Maintain documents of dispatch and audit reports.

Conducting Dock audit when materials were packed.

Conduct process and product audit as per audit schedule. Preparing CAPA/8D for customer concerns.

Data capturing of daily MIS- report.

5S and KAIZEN implementation.

Preparing FMEA and Control plan for the new projects. Collecting of Operation and Quality metrics for PAN India locations for verification and preparing MIS to management.

As Business Planner:

Collecting of production plan from customers and releasing production schedule every month.

Preparing sales forecast for every month.

Creation of Sale order against customer purchase order. Coordinating with PPC and adhere customer delivery plan as per MRD. Supporting to store team for closing inventory.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance report to management. Preparation of packing materials BOM for customer materials. Achievements,

Reduce the customer concerns and achieve PPM target for the Exports projects (600 PPM to 78 PPM)Target<500.

Reduce customer concern by using mistake proofing. Implementing kaizen for the export packing and saving cost of 3 lakhs per year.

Implementing kaizen for IUT projects saving of cost of 23 thousand per month.
