Project Description: As a Server admin, I am handling the VM infrastructure with 500 VM server`s, 62 host and 15 Clusters in entire Data center.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities includes analyzing & maintaining of Branch Servers, Systems & Network Devices.

Monitoring all the servers’ alerts by getting report from all the locations.

Creating, assigning and closure of all Incident, problem, change and service tickets.

Support end users on complex technical issues including problems related to applications, client computers and servers.

Following of all tickets with the strict SLA guidelines.

Resolving the Level 1/2 issues and Involved in P1 and P2 tickets.
