Zabeel Feedmill Project owned by M/s. AL MEYDAN L.L.C is a large-scale plant designed to produce highest grade – international standard – horse, camel and birds feed to service both performance and stock animals. Moreover, bird feed will be produced as a byproduct of the two primary service lines.The development is located on Dubai-Al Ain highway on plot no. 814- 3156 in Al Margham area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Zabeel Feedmill (Phase 1) consists of an energy center (G+R) that mainly includes 3 chillers for air conditioning system along with a water tank.

An underground tunnel will provide a mutual access between a production building and a PRE- production building that will both enclose heavy equipment installed for feed production. The production building is composed of 3 blocks: block A (G+R), block B (G+7+R) and block C

(industrial warehouse G+M) while the PRE-production building consists of 4 blocks as following: block A (industrial warehouse G+M), block B (silo area B+G), block C (B+G+6+R) and block D (G+R).

As for the external buildings, they include guard rooms, RMUs, hay commercial offices, fuel and sceptic tanks.

A network of asphalt roads along with full infrastructure works related to MEP, constitute the scope of external works.

• Tower’s 1 and 2 are class A buildings that consist of 31 stories and Tower’s 3 and 4 that consist of 37 stories. The first full office floor of the building start 33m above the ground level, providing a highly transparent open lobby and elevating the views on all tenant floors. Sitting on the top of two Retail level, the Office floors of this buildings overlook the water and the surrounding landscaped spaces.

ADFC RETAIL

• The Retail asset of the project is located below the four Towers and the Stock Exchange and is spilt over two levels of +3.00 and +8.00 spreading over 23,215m2. The Retail accessed from North and South Carpark at level +8.00 via three scenic lifts and two escalators each, and via four VIP corridors from the carpark at +3.00 level.
