Installing of leading corporate Antivirus like K7, Kashpersky, MacAfee, trend micro.

Online technical support to customer for issues related to their Hardware and Software.

Software and Network issues through Remote & in Person.

Used various Remote connections tools like Ammy,Anydeskm, Ultraviewer, Team Viewer, and DameWare.

Troubleshooting Internet, and Intranet related issues.
