Promoted to an Analyst role of increased responsibility to assess call flow performance. To date, analyzed over 4 million calls to achieve all center of excellence goals and objectives.
Track call center statistics and related data to ensure all targets for performance are being met. Implement an array of statistical predictive models, including the Erlang formula, to identify patterns in the data in support of ongoing project management and process improvement efforts.
