OBJECTIVE: As an experienced HSSE/HSE Officer/Advisor/Inspector with the ability to work independently or as a team player, I am seeking a position in your organization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - HSSE:

Administrative:

Conduct Incident Investigation and Implementation of corrective actions.

Conduct and Develop Toolbox Meetings, Training, Audits, Audit Schedule, roll out on Lesson Learnt, Safety Flash Points etc.

Develop and Implementation of Safety Critical Tracker, Equipment Tracker, Personnel Matrix, PAT Testing, Monthly inspections, HSSE Plans.

Update and reporting for the Fab Shop HSSE KPI’s, Man Hours, Leadership walk downs, Self- Verification, Life Saving Rules etc…

Develop Task Risk Assessments, JAS’s, RAT Assessment, Trackers Procedure Review such as Pressure Testing Activities and Rigging lifting.

Pre-mobilization Stage – Pre-Qualification, Competency Approval, Equipment Inspections and Equipment Logistics.

Implement Company Industrial Hygiene Program – mainly focused on Monitoring and Data Analysis: DSE, Noise, Light, Vibration and Air Monitoring.

Implement Massy Wood Emergency Program- Floor Warden Chef and HSSE Committee for Chaguanas office. Conduct meeting, Quarterly drills, schedules plans, corrective action login, reports, minutes and other duties as required.

Perform all other related job functions as required such as STOW TT certification & renewal.

Yearly to date, Monthly and weekly HSSE Reports, Establish Project HSSE goals and strategy, Objectives and Targets.

Contact offshore Team on daily basis, ensure all safety support are given to my offshore teams/crews.

Conduct visiting to offshore crews. Refresher training on HSSE Systems. Update - changes to Team/Crews.

Read and understand the Corporate HSSE Manual to ensure compliance and conformance to policies and procedures.

Field Execution:

Host Toolbox talks, Safety Stand-down and Pre- lift meetings.

Review and Issue JSA’s, Risk and Task Base Assessments.

Ensure permits to work and certificates are signed off according to client requirements.

Ensure everyone follows Client and Company Safety Standards onsite.

Ensure everyone evacuate the site once the alarm is sounded.

Ensure everyone is aware of the muster points.

Stop unsafe acts on jobsites & Shutdown unsafe work if necessary, until the proper & safe working systems are in place.

Monitor the gas level in the confined space and on the jobsite. H2S, Co, O2 etc.

Provide/Prepare various reports (Accidents, Incidents, Illness and Treatments)

Conduct equipment verification and inspection.

Conduct supervision upon the absence of supervisory staff.

Ensure personnel are Fit to work by Company and Client requirements.

Report and assist the HSSE Coordinator and HSE Manager.

Equipment Inspections:

(Vehicles, Cranes, Construction Equipment and Machinery, Rigging & Lifting Tools/Devices, Forklifts & Man lifts, Pneumatic & Torque equipment, Cargo Carrying Units, and Other Equipment & machinery)

Conduct Visual inspection.

Review equipment Preventative Maintenance Records.

Verify third (3rd) party documentation, for example: certification, insurance, government inspection certification of equipment operator.

Conduct Function test.

Complete Equipment Inspection Checklist and reports.

Communicate equipment inspection findings and documentation to the relevant personnel or Client and Contractors.
