• Successfully led and supported on five projects at a time.

• Was able to provide a AED 20 million VE savings to a fortune 500 client for a commercial project by supporting the PM team during tender evaluation process. This was done by providing alternative creative design solutions and coordinating with MEP consultants to improving engineering effeciencies.

• Have initiated setting up a coordination template for various types of projects, to ease co-ordination works during schematic and detail design stages.

• Have set up standards for QAQC techniques and worked together with the team in developing an in-house programme to ensure all deadlines are met within stipulated timelines and allocated project resources accordingly.
