Vice President of Technology: 2018-present Monterey Bay Aquarium, Monterey, CA As a non-profit organization, the aquarium’s mission is to inspire conservation of the ocean through education, research and public engagement.

● Accountable for all IT functions, staff and budget

● Provide vision and leadership for the design, development and implementation of information systems, software applications, infrastructure and support systems.

● Create a strategic blueprint for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems that will increase utilization and centralization of technology throughout the organization.

● Create a cost-effective balance of staffing vs. managed services with a focus on IT talent development.

● Lead technology initiatives in partnership with Fundraising, Guest Experience, Education, Conservation Research, Human Resources and Finance departments
