Responsibilities
• Experience in Renovation work & Building maintenance hands-on experience in hard service like, HVAC, Pump, Carpentry work, Gypsum work, Painting work, Civilwork.
• Responsible for the supervision of technicians to ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of the projects
• Monitoring the site progress and achieving the Target dates, coordinating Electrical & Mechanical works with other services like MEP and Civil works.
• Responsible for procurement of MEP & Civil works. Generate purchase orders per requirement, place and confirm order with supplier, monitoring until deliverycompletion.
• Prepare the quotation as per site visit andspecification
• Preparation of the drawings 2D and 3D (Autoca,3dmax)
• Prepare material for doing corrective maintenance in theproject.
• Responsible for building Inspection, MEP coordination preparing, Engineering checklists, PPM task sheet with safety procedure (PPE), and Monitoring PPMschedules.
• Preparation of Project Schedule, Two week look Ahead, Weekly Man-Hours Details and Progress report, work Inspection, Material Inspection.
• Monitoring and Implementation of Quality procedures for related Products/Material &Services..
• Keep an updated record of all maintenance and processroutines. Academic projects

Heat load and ventilation calculation, Designing the SLD & DLD for ducting using AutoCAD, Selection of equipments and estimation of materials, cost estimation and execution of HVAC Systems and prepared final BOQ.
