Program Manager (301) JSF Test Program 2017-2019 Perform flight tes planning and organized and planned test plan meetings. Supported cyber testing because of my computer science degrees. Supervised cyber testing of LRU tesing of JSF avionics components. Wrote trip report and test report overview of that test.

Program Manager 412 Test Wing/TMG HQ.(110*-****-**** Helped plan and organize test wing level Program tests. Planned and coordinated Individual test standards abd Air Force instructions for the Test Wing. Researched and wrote a synopsis of the Real property management requirements for the Test Wing. Utilize existing PFPS based mission planning tools. Support operational testing of designated classified platforms. Developmental test analysis of platform specific mission planning application software. Perform analysis and integration of results from EW threat analysis software into final route refinement to enhance survivability. Perform Ops engineering to assist in execution of daily test flying.

Senior Analyst, F-35 Operational Testing (AFOTEC) Mar 2006- June 2008 SAIC, Edwards AFB, CA JSF Joint Test Force: Perform operational mission planning evaluation for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Operational Test Program. Develop test plans, test criteria and perform test execution. Additionally, provide expertise in the use of modeling and simulation techniques in evaluating the JSF from the operational test perspective.

System Engineer, B-52, B-1 Operational Testing(AFOTEC) Apr 2005- Mar2006 SAIC, Edwards AFB, CA Bomber Combined Test Force: Provide system engineering and system management expertise for development of a computer interfaced, ground-based communications station for LOS and BLOS test director control of operational bomber test missions and to evaluate newly modified data link avionics providing Bomber integration into the Net Centric Battlefield concept. Provided integration for COTS and GFE components. Provided Software testing of radio control software developed in house to manage dual military radios embedded in the system.

Senior Analyst, UAV Mission Planning (AFOTEC) Aug 2002- Apr 2005 SAIC, Edwards AFB, CA Operational Test & Evaluation on Global Hawk, MQ-9 and UCAV Mission Planning Environments. Develop operational test plans, data plans, and Measures of Performance. Analyze Mission Planning anomalies and make test recommendations to the AFOTEC Test Director. Senior Engineer, F-22 Mission Planning (AFFTC) Sep1999- Nov2001 CSC, Edwards AFB, CA

F-22 Combined Test Force:Perform line mission planning to support EMD test flights for F-22 Aircraft 4004, 4005, 4006. Analyze test mission requirements, engineer supporting F-22 mission data, and generate mission plans and aircraft DTCs, brief mission data during T-0 briefs. Train engineers and F-22 operators as needed on the basics of F-22 mission planning. Coordinated with range instrumentation engineers on mission planning related data catalogs to properly collect parameters off the system bus. Provided System Administration of MPS I, II and MPS V mission planning systems; including reconfiguring hardware and software, performing software/hardware upgrades and installs, providing system security management for S-SAR level system, rebuilding system disks after disk crashes, troubleshooting system and mission planning software problems, repairing those problems, and numerous other system related maintenance tasks.
