Roles and Responsibilities

Testing & validation:

To ensure the product design with R&D team and validate all products as per design specification.

Calibrate the meter and check the accuracy within the specified limit as per the specification document.

Check all protocol details for RS232,RS485,WIFI,GPRS and Ethernet module.

Develop Test method, Test procedure for all solar related products with help of design team.

Preparing test report for validated product with required parameters. Quality inspection:

Clearance of raw materials/Components as per sampling plan.

Check all the materials as per BOM(Bill of Material)

Verification of COC, COA,Vendor Test report and warranty card.

Inspection of all incoming electronics &electrical components with testing instruments like HV tester, LCR meter, Multimeter, clamp meter, Simulator machine, Power meter and Vernier.

Preparing and maintaining for inward component test reports.

To ensure the product quality with all level of manufacturing process.

Testing products are Solar power generator(SPG), Optimizer with different output voltages, Multifunction meter(MFM), Energy meter with WIFI, Meter box with CT(It includes ON delay timer,OFF delay timer & reverse power flow control), Control box and Junction box. Documentation:

Updating quality documents based on Process change and Design change.

Verification and Approval of Test reports, QAP and other QC documents.

Maintaining the traceability Records for Test and measuring Equipments.

Review of BOM and other documents received from R&D.

New product observation report preparation and forwarding to the R&D.

Maintain the calibration test certificate for all capital equipments. TVS Electronics Pvt Ltd

Trouble shooting and providing solutions for Dot Matrix printers,Label printers,Barcode scanners,Thermal Receipt printers,POS DMP,Speciality printers,Keyboard,Mouse,Electronic cash registers,Touch POS systems through online desktop support.

Project title : Multiple Fire Alarm System Using Arduino MEGA – 2560 IOT Software used : Arduino IDE, IIS, MYSQL, PHP

Description : This Project suggest that a monitoring system for wireless monitoring system in fire detection using electronic engineering knowledge equipped with an alarm for the fire detection based on Arduino micro controller. The circuit design are includes with a buzzer, Wi-Fi module and the temperature sensor. All the data taken from the temperature sensor will be send to the server. The server decides the command whether the buzzer will be ON in the abnormal condition. The threshold value is exceed the server send the command to the client and finally buzzer will be ON. The temperature value is updated in the database by using the software MYSQL. This will help the fire fighter to pinpoint the source of the fire in the building and make smoothly operations.
