Roles and responsibilities:

Preparation of costing BOM and design calculation sheets for a new cylinder’s requirements.

Selection of seal kits based on the customer requirements.

Modern Coach Factory, Lucknow - From 20th January 2019 to 25th March 2019. Project: Best in Class MEMU.

On the request by the customer went to MCF Lucknow office for supporting the design activities with team of 3 design engineers for completing the project in short duration.

Design & development of train interiors.

3D Part Modelling, Assembling and 2D drafting.

Coach shell 3D modeling and assembly.

Patient Lifter (NPD), Skiving and Burnishing tools (Reverse Engineering) & Test Rigs. Roles and responsibilities:

Preparation of the conceptual design.

Creation of concept 3D model for customer approval.

Creation of skiving and burnishing tool production drawings.
