Duties:

All phases of daily logistics of day to day operations of Construction and Shop fabrication. Capabilities:

Estimating Structural Steel Shop Medium to Heavy phases of fabrication. Preparing all contracts regarding the Shop and Field erection of steel Fabrication. Support all daily operation of a complete Shop operations from: Have ABS and COAST GUARD approved weld procedures for Flux core and Mig operation. Buying steel

Receiving steel

Processing the MTR's for all steel purchased.

Testing in house of all structural welders with Inspection Specialists Developing schedules for all projects.

Recording all daily man-hours for each on going project. Familiar with all phases of welder power sources and wire feeders enough to get units back up and running until tech's can be required Local maintenance of all equipment needed to produce end results Hougan drills 100ton edwards Iron worker

Have been associated with all phases of estimating, scheduling and projecting profits and loses of all projects in Carco existence of 42years in the fabrication business. Started in 1976 by My father and myself we experienced the trails and tribulations of all phases pertaining to the complete fabrication industry .

First 5 years I maintained and repaired 5 portable welding rigs services all phases of field repairs and installations. In 1981 opened what was to be the beginning of the next 33 years of shop fabrication. Also have a cliental that wishes to have my services performed at their facility and in a shop as well.
