·Developed the plan for utilization of 11 warehouse and 10 lay down yards that was implemented and ran successfully doe five years with $500M worth of inventory.
·Managed a team of over 75 workers and provided classroom training on Materials Management that increased workers skill sets that allowed them to be promoted.
·Provided on the job training and developed the team to work without direct supervision by an expatriate.
·Worked as part of the team to reduce inventory on inventory from $800M to the under $400M. This was working with suppliers developing consignment programs and improved procurement contracts.
·Developed plans for the facility to grow for the next five years. This plan was in place and the work was being performed by local nationals.
