•Utilizing the chip LM358, which included two op-amps, two Sallen-key segments low-pass active filters, was constructed. The PLC used in this project was model S7-300. In order to perform PID tuning, a continuous controller block was configured to perform PID controlling. As the PLC used was a Siemens product, the programming platform used was TIA Portal

Data Communication via OPC

•Developed an HMI using LabVIEW software for a data source (PLC S7-300) by implementing OPC data exchange. OPC server used (Matrikon)

Two tank system, creating level control and flow regulating through the system, using a VFD to control speed of the pump. HMI created, pump calculations. PLC used was both S-1200 and S-300 for troubleshooting purposes.
