SKILLS
Successfully completing a degree in psychology has allowed me to obtain critical thinking and interpersonal skills. While pursuing my degree I was able to gain hands on leadership experience through being a teaching assistant. This position also allowed me to gain management skills, and develop a flexible approach to better suit various learning styles. I have also spent the last two years as an intern where I was able to work as part of a team, but function independently. My experience as an intern has made me successful at meeting deadlines, managing several projects at once, and crafting time management along with organizational skills.

As the Lead Intern at Vector Solutions I am incharge of assisting the sales team with any and everything they could need. This includes generating leads, analyzing monthly billing information, and creating reports and presentations. This position has given me extensive knowledge in CRM Salesforce along with understanding the ins and outs of a sales company. As the lead I also assist with onboarding and training of new interns who join the company.

I was an intern at Monterey consultants in Dayton. I worked in the office for one semester and then after proving my reliability was able to work from home. As an intern I input case notes from full time employees into our database, I also did quality assurance work and indexing when needed. Teaching Assistant

I had the pleasure of being a teaching assistant my junior year of college. As a teaching assistant I frequently presented the lecture material to the class and even helped create some of the material. I was also incharge of grading all assignments and managing the students with questions, late work, absences and much more.
