OVERALL PURPOSE:
To assist the Operations Manager to ensure that all Easy Day Shops day to day execution per operating standards and pre-set business processes. This is important to ensure consistency disciplined execution to help achieve Business Plan targets (sales and profit) and meet customer expectations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.STORE OPERATIONS/OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY – Overall in charge of overseeing all stores,day to day operations within an area coverage of 6 to 8 stores depending on proximity to ensure that Operating Standards, Processes and Compliance are being followed.
2.BUSINESS PLAN TARGETS – Ensure that Business Plan targets covering sales and profitability targets; cost management initiatives; action planning and People Management & Development are reached.
3.TALENT ACQUISITION,PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT – Overall in charge of hiring and training store teams, from SMs to Shift Leaders and Store Staff and managing and tracking of Performance Score Cards
4.STORE COMPLIANCE - Do store visits and Operations Audits to check Stores’ Execution per Operating Standards and Systems, Merchandising & Marketing execution through us of Business Scorecards. Overall Scorecards should not be lower than 80%. Action plans are put in place to improve overall ratings within a three month window.
