Evaluate & report to Sony for PCBA Manufacturer for Sony Television. Evaluate SHARP PCB Assembly line to meet the Sony Standard.

Continuous follow-up and prepare QTR & Q-Fix for LCM/Panel Incoming Material failures and share data to vendor.

Conduct Process Audit & CTQ, PL Audit during New model LPR Trail period.

Achieve Step-1 award for ESD & EOS audit by implement various innovative methods. Maintain ESD free zone in SMD & Main line.

Meet SQA /ISO Audit Compliance, regular follow-up with vendor for Yearly & Half-Yearly Measuring Equipment’s Calibration. Update the calibration status in MICS (Measuring Instrument & Control System).
