- Supervised and reported on-site works such as surveying and levelling, groundworks for foundation and utilities, formwork, reinforcement and concreting of pre-cast girders and segments of viaduct, piles, pile caps, piers & pier caps along with understanding construction and structure of metro rail project.
- Reviewed drawings, specifications and contract documents for material procurement and storage, prepared detailed organisation charts based on construction activities on site.
- Compiled detailed databases for scheduling, Request for Information (RFIs), cost and material consumption on site which contributed significantly to cost and waste management on site by conducting analysis.
- Contributed significantly in on-site construction problem solving related to equipment breakdowns and quality assurance on site, along with getting government permits under senior supervision and negotiating the same with nearby residents for late night construction.
- Prepared reports for individual construction activities as a part of the academic curriculum at CEPT University for on-site activities including work breakdown structures, organisation charts, methodology of construction, quantity and cost analysis, material wastage analysis, creative/alternative suggestions to carry out activities on site reducing cost and increasing productivity.

- Designed and drafted floor plans and site as well as job layouts for work execution on site at different stages of construction.
- Involved in selection of sub-contractors for foundation and equipment/materials and dealt with laborers on site for construction of foundation including utility trenches, shoring designs, and superstructure construction.
- Coordinated meetings amongst architect, designers and the contractor for design clashes and revisions for landscaping and to solve design v/s constructability issues in compliance with all said standards.
- Played a major role in solving site issue regarding an over-order for concrete while casting slabs by giving a solution to use the same for landscape artifacts and concrete aesthetic sitting areas.

- Involved in quantity take off, site work supervision along with management and maintaining daily reports for the project.
- Made reports as a part of CEPT curriculum on construction activities for load bearing structure which included understanding construction elements, construction laws and codes, load transfer mechanism, materials, tools and equipment used, quantity and rate analysis along with labour productivity as a part of academic curriculum at CEPT University.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Thesis on “Factors affecting the customer’s selection criteria for residential real estate properties – Ahmedabad city” in 2019.
Group leader as a Project Manager for a project to design an intelligent system for charging of electrical delivery trucks/vehicles used for Amazon products including electrically charging stations for all pickup trucks in order to save time, cost and to develop a sustainable solution using a natural source of energy to produce electricity. Tasks included research for alternative sources of energy, EIA – EJSCREEN report, designing, WBS, scheduling, quantity take-off, cost and risk analysis/mitigation plan along with SWOT analysis for the same.
