1.Senior Engineer, Tech Mahindra ( Jul 2016 to Jan 2019)

Project : SQE & Manufacturing, GE (General Electric, Louisville)

Role : Lead Consultant, Regulatory Compliance

Tools : Windchill, TRACE, eFPIR,MS-Excel

Lead and mentor SQE's and Program teams in obtaining Toxicity, RoHS & REACH information from direct material supplier for certification of all parts, assemblies and raw materials

Work with suppliers to guide them through the required information in submitting product content information

Audit supplier responses Toxicity, RoHS & REACH submissions received via the eFPIR and responsible to follow up with suppliers

Document information into all pertinent Toxicity application, work with regulatory team in completing certification /documentation of regulatory compliance

Establish the Regulatory team portion of the eFPIR help desk at TechM. Lead, train and mentor the team in all aspects of part regulatory issues

Provide recommendations on the assignment of toxicity codes for new parts and assemblies

Work directly with the lead of eFPIR help desk in support of all the regulatory part qualifications and submitting status of all SC-1 parts in all product lines

2.Senior Engineer, Tech Mahindra ( Jun 2014 to Jul 2016 )

Project : Critical Power ( GE Power & Energy, Chicago )

Responsibilities:

Engineering design of ATS ( Automated Transfer Switches ) used for commercial, industrial

and residential usage.

Creating parts and cabinet assemblies using GD&T and ANSI standards in drawings as per

engineer's input.

Transfer of work from Autocad to CREO and release of CAD parts, drawings and Change

notices in WINDCHILL.

Knowledge of creating Flat pattern, punch form, die form, DXF files, BOM generation for cabinet assemblies.

Understanding of various welding techniques and joining processes used in drawings

Updating project status, diagnose and resolve production problems by interacting with local and

overseas client .

Understanding NEMA standards and applications of transfer switches

3. Worked for Mahindra Satyam as Design Engineer from Aug 2011 to Aug 2013.

Project : Dishwasher (Home Appliance)

Client : GE (General Electric, Louisville)

Role : Design Engineer

Tools : Pro/E Wildfire 4.0, CREO,MS-Excel

Responsibilities:

Modeling and detailing of Dishwasher components (mostly sheet metal ) for Tub & Structure subsystem and also other subsystems as per Top-down methodology of GE standards .

Independent handling of entire sub-system including huge assemblies, drawings and promoting Change Notices in WINDCHILL.

Acting lead for team of five, updating and execution of program with client and suggesting changes in parts if there are any interference with other components.

Good exposure to sheet-metal and casting components, manufacturing processes and FMEA.

Developing concepts understanding design need from specifications, also acquired knowledge on tolerance loops

Delivering entire program status to client on regular basis on behalf of the project, thereby creating the urgency of deliverables to on-site Engineers.

4. Worked with HSBC in various profiles from November 2010 to August 2011.

Tools : HP Quality Centre 9.2, Main frames, Vision PLUS, File-Aid, e-Cafe, e-Champs.

Role : Testing Engineer

Responsibilities:

Creating, validating, uploading and executing test scripts.

Preparing VISA & MASTERCARD files for batch runs. Raised defects/queries as per the project requirement, maintaining track of the defects raised in a project, rerun the script as per the resolution provided.

Responsibility in creating the project folders & sub folders as for FR (Functional Requirement), NFR (Non Functional Requirement), Regression etc. Uploading and pulling scripts into the required folders or test lab .

Involved in testing of e-Cafe and Vision PLUS, also the validation of e-Cafe with CTA Module and e- Champs with CMS Module.

Attended periodical meetings with developers to resolve technical issues and interacted with them to ensure overall quality of the software.

5. Worked with HSBC as Customer Service Executive from August 09 – Nov 10

Process : Retail Service Collections

Description: Retail Service Collections is one of the complex voice based process which requires excellent communication skills and a professional approach in delivering excellent customer service and achieving required targets

Job profile includes

Working with CHAMPS where all the data related to the customer including the delinquent is available. All the payments made by customer with reference to the retail cards are resolved in this application

Efficiently handled outbound calls providing consistent quality and service to customers
