Sourcing profiles form various recruiting channels like - job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), Linked In, Employee referrals etc. as per the job specifications

Matching the Applicants profiles with our requirements, negotiating salaries, getting references.

First level screening of resumes before sharing with the Client.

Scheduling Interviews based on the candidates and Technical panel availability.
