Assisting in Monitor the Resources, Rejection, Rework, Line Stoppages, Counter Measure and continuous improvement in Production line.

Coordination with production, maintenance and quality to conduct trials on new products, 4M change, run@rate, yield report and component approval with achieved Ppk .

Preventive and Primary actions against Non-Conformance – CAPA / 8D report.

Manage gauges limit – Attribute & Variable gauges etc.
