EXPERIENCE:-

Work in HZL (VEDANTA GROUP) ZAWAR as NEEM Trainee (process associate) from August 2018 to Octomber. Working in ore crushing plants in shift .Involving with maintenance of various equipment like primary, secondary, tertiary crusher, gearbox, conveyor belt, screen, DE system and other material handling equipments.

Work in SIMAR INFRASTRUCTURES LTD C/o HINDUSTAN ZINC LIMITED ZAWAR as PROCESS ASSOCIATE from November 2019 onward. Working in Dry Tailing Filtration Plant in shift.

HIGHLIGHTS:-

DCS Operator for commissioning and process of crushing unit for Zn-Pb (2.0MTPA) feed requirements with belt conveyor. DCS Operator for commissioning and process of Dry Tailing Filtration Plant(680TPH).

Other work activity like overall equipment efficiency and utilization of machine and maintain quality of production in every shift. To handle shift in order to achieve production target.

POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Process responsible for running Zn-Pb ore crushing plant (2.0 MTPA) HZL Zawar. Supervising team of 20 manpower (in shift) evolving workers, contractor etc.

Associated with Production planning team and contributed idea towards better growth of production. Carry out routine equipment checklist.
