Analysis of Ratio-Voltage Generator Section of a Cmos On-Chip Oscillator is Presented Over a Temperature Range Of -40 C To 80 C. Mathematical Equations Have Been Established Between the Temperature Coefficients of the Voltage Ratio and Design Parameters of The Circuit Under Consideration. Practical Simulation Results and Mathematical Analysis Have Been Combined to Develop A Table of Design-Variable Values Over A Range of Temperature-Compensated Voltage- Ratio Values From 0.53-5.4 By Employing A Combination of Resistors of Different Tc’s To Follow the Tc Values of The Voltage Ratio in Close Proximity.
