Employed as a solar executive I was put in development of solar power plants of my company projects. My experience includes in both fixed and tracking type systems. My roles included supervising and monitoring the construction of electrical Substation, monitoring cable laying and ensuring power quality from the DC array to the Grid. As an O&M trainee my roles were to monitor the performance of wind turbine, calculation of daily progress reports and to make case studies of different faults in the system.
