Responsibilities

Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities, Follows up and maintain company standard of Quality Management System in a site.

Carry out inspection & checking for all quality related procedures in the site to ensure activity at the site as per Approved Method Statement & Inspection Test Plan.

Preparing and obtaining approval for Project Quality Documents such as Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans (I.T.P.), in accordance with Project Client Specifications.

Monitoring of HVAC installation in the Tunnel and also Mechanical work / MEP.

Issue Material receiving report for delivered Material in the site.

Follow up and maintain company standard of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements, and also report to QA/QC Engineer / Manager related to Quality Management (QMS).

Carry out Inspection on Hydro static test on fire-fighting pipeline and plumbing work.

Responsible for the closure of NCR & SI (site instruction), Conducting Inspections for Pr-Commissioning and Commissioning of all Mechanical systems.

Documentation of all RFI’s and RFA’s after signed by the consultant and the Managers.

Monitored work of connectors /sub-contractors, field inspections, labors and provided Installation support services to the client and to ensure the work comply with contractual terms and conditions, as well as specifications, applicable regulations

Responsibilities

Coordinating with execution team for project quality system, approving the supplier for supplying the material for the project, Verifying and informing and advising site team for any defects, issuing the NCR for any non conformance.

Inspection of all Material receiving, Installation, Testing & Commissioning activities according to Standard,

Conducting material inspections for all items delivered at the site based on its approved material submittal carry out internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the project quality plan (PQP).Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submitting to the consultant.

Monitoring & reporting on the state of Implementation of the project Quality System & its effectiveness. Coordinates with the client representatives on matters involving quality assurance & control activities.

Plumbers work is cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met, to ensure efficient completion of any project. Providing adequate services in plumber sector.
