Understanding the customer specified process and company standard policy and executing the same in the finished product.

Ontime Closure of Customer Audit Points and follow first party Audit & second party Audit strictly.

Monitor Manufacturing yield (FPY& PY)on ongoing basis to ensure objective target achievement & drive improvements when needed.

Buy-off criteria for the Line Installation & Line process before Engineer Build.

Conducting NPI meeting with CFT to review its progress until product rampup.

Ensuring customer requirement is clearly reflected in internal documents at NPI build itself

To prepare build summary after NPI to increase First Pass Yield(FPY).

To Train the CTP & CTQ stages for better Quality improvement.

DailywiseCritcal to Product (CTP) actions were discussed with CFT and train the operators.
