Al and Alma's Charter Cruises, Mound, MN / May 2016 – Aug 2019 Clean, maintain, and drive 59-73 ft charter yachts on Lake Minnetonka. Responsible for ensuring the safety and order of up to 60 passengers at a given time, entertaining these groups, showing them a tour of Lake Minnetonka, and making sure they are receiving 5 star customer service throughout the cruise. Greatly solidified public speaking skills regarding clear communication to large groups of people.
