Dear Hiring Team,
This letter is to express my interest in working as a part of your team as a Physician Assistant. I recently moved to Ohio and am pursuing positions around the Columbus area. I have an active Ohio Physician Assistant’s License and active DEA license. I graduated as a Physician Assistant in April 2019 from Wayne State University and shortly after started a position as a Rheumatology PA. I practiced in a private Rheumatology office for one year and during this time learned clinical skills including prescribing and monitoring patients on immunosuppressant medications, obtaining detailed H&P’s, reviewing labs, and ordering and reviewing X-Rays and other imaging modalities. Additionally during my time as a Physician Assistant student, I trained at a busy urgent care/family medicine practice for 15 weeks and also was trained as an in-patient internal medicine for 8 weeks. Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. I believe my previous experience as a Rheumatology PA, history of Urgent Care/Family medicine and internal medicine training would make me a good candidate and a good addition to your team. My resume is on the following page and will include my contact information and further details on my qualifications.
Sincerely,
Laura Frollo, PA-C
