Check Project Execution Plan – construction work program, material procurement schedule shop drawing submission, manpower histogram.
Attend Pre Construction Meeting of contractor during meeting review overall project plan -Materials /Tools & Machinery /Manpower/project start &End target/Summer Plan/QA/QC/HSE /Drawing submission and MAR submission.
Review &Approve the MAR Materials Approval Request and Drawings Approvals to proceed further work.
Review & Approve Method statements, work procedure. FAT & SAT

During site observation contractor fail to meet quality stand, specification deviation issue NCR to contractor.
Attend HVAC installation work inspection, during inspection any found (damages, Miss out points, not matching with approval drawing) given punch point A&B to contractor for correct all given points.
Review the contractor payment Invoice and approved
Discuss with contractor QS for payment approval
Coordination with Contractor Construction Engineer & QA /QC
Weekly safety site walks with safety officer
Check ITR process for Mechanical Completion.
Check all given punch should be closed by contractor before false ceiling closed.
Attend FAT & SAT inspection
Mechanical Completion walk down with Client
