PERSONAL PROFILE

I am ambitious, creative and highly motivated individual with outstanding experience and knowledge gained through training process ( Master of Sport,1972) and studies in Latvian Academy of Sport Education. In meantime I have been working as a Head Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach and a Head Mistress in the Sport School and leading administration position in pedagogy I did learn theory but also gain real experience and build my coach, pedagogical and leadership skills. Possesses strong financial control, open mind, critical thinking and great communication skills working professionally to ensure a business goals and objectives were achieved wit great success and a team spirit kept high.
