PROJECT DESCREPTION:

1)HVAC works-

Main University building with Chiller System (Capacity: 1200tons) along with AHUS, primary secondary pumps, package unit and split unit.

2)Plumbing work-Sewage Treatment Plant, Centralized water Heaters, Cold drinking water Fountains. Booster Pumps and Hot Water Circulation Pumps. Irrigation system with 1200 Sprinklers and 800 Bubblers with valve box periodic control, LPG system, Elevators and escalators.

3)Firefighting work-

Wet Sprinklers system, Electrical, Jockey& Diesel Pumps. FM 200 Suppression system, Zone Control Valve Assembly, Fire hose cabinet systems. Fire hydrant and Siamese connections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1)Reviewing the calculations as per Standards ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC for HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing design systems before submitting to consultant.

2)Preparing the detail shop drawings of all types for approval from consultant.

3)Coordinating with procurement dept for material selection as per vendor list, BOQ and specification. Submitting the selected material with the required pre- qualification data to consultant for approval.

4)Integrating with the procurement dept. to arrange the P.O to deliver the material at site for the approved material as per time schedule to avoid delay.

5)Following up with consultant for approvals to start the project executive work as per specifications and approvals.

6)Management and control of the manpower at the site. Giving them target as per site condition to expedite the work.

7)Coordination of above false ceiling, outside the building Infrastructure and other matter related to project with Engineers and departments to solve the problems.

8)Supervising on-site construction for compliance with the contracts technical specifications.

9)Taking the site clearance with consultant inspections at the required time to proceed the civil works without project delay.

10)Performing progress monitoring and quality assurance reviews.

11)Controlling Material Store Inventory and material track list.

12)Preparing and updating as-built drawings. (Autocad software).

13)Dealing with subcontractors, conducting weekly meetings to execute the work, providing them time schedule to complete the task at particular time.

14)Making inspection with the consultant for the executed work.

15)Updating the payment as per the work progress in site to claim invoice.

16)Dealing with clients and consultant whenever required as per project conditions and site situation.

17)Prepare the variation in (B.O.Q) and the new items quantities to get approval from the consultant to claim money at the invoices.

18)Providing Testing and commissioning for all system on time as per time schedule with consultant and taking approval.

19)Snag clearance and Final hand over of project documents.

20)Taking more care for documents of all the approval and interactions with consultant /client to keep a record for future assistance.
