Preparation of R.C.C structural drawings of various types of buildings.
Preparation of rebar schedules & shop drawings in accordance with British standards
Preparing Rebar drawings like Foundation, Raft, Columns, Core walls, Beam, Slab, Foundation, Walls, details etc.
Keep records of all issues of rebar drawings & Bar Bending Schedules in preparation for rebar orders.
Preparation of RFI & CVI as required for the project.
Preparation of as built drawings
Directly involved in reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedules
Co-ordinate between customers, production department & detailers with regards to technical issues, production & delivery
Review of shop drawings & bar bending schedules before submitting to the consultant for approval.
Visit site for technical discussions and resolving issues related to engineering & delivery of steel.
Organizing, coordinating, and ordering reinforcement rebar for the entire project.
Call in rebar for the project & manage deliveries.
Coordinate with Project coordinator & Consultants for all issues of drawings
Co-ordination of work with sub-Contractors & Consultant getting approval
Co-ordination of material production & delivery formalities
Preparation of time bound project program of rebar works
Keep records of all issues of rebar drawings & Bar Bending Schedules in preparation for rebar orders.
Studying construction drawing for high – rise building (Tower Projects) and making modification and alternations.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Technical Manager & consultants for all issues of drawings.
