Account Opening & Maintenance

To ensure all required docs are available prior to opening account

Perform KYC check while opening personal and corporate accounts.

To image the customer signature correctly and with the appropriate signing instructions as per customer request.

Transaction Processing

Process balance order/standing order instructions as per customer request.

Process stop payment of cheque requests within stipulated time frame.

Process NEFT/RTGS and Transfer cheques.

Process of Locker operations and handling of related files.

Handling of Cash and related files.

RE-KYC of customers

Other Productivity

Cross sell of RFR,Mutual fund, Insurance products (banc assurance)

Cross sell of Demat account and Retail Deposit.
