River Chase Office Complex, Covington, Louisiana, 40,000 sq. ft. 2-story office building consisting of poured in place tilt-up panels and curtain wall and punch windows.
•Ambassador Town Center, shopping center located on corner of Kaliste Saloom Rd. and Ambassador Caffery Pkwy., Lafayette, Louisiana. Area covered 14 acres, total of 21 stores, some complete lock & key and some shell. All completed on time and under budget.
Strip Mall Center located in New Orleans, Louisiana on South Claiborne. Center consists of 6 stores, including Ross Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Michaels, PetSmart, ULTA, and Clarke Shoes.
Fremaux Town Center, Slidell, Louisiana. Phase I of shopping center consisting of Best Buy, Michaels, T.J. Maxx, and many other smaller shops. All were completed on time and under budget with a perfect safety record.
•Business Complex at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 186,000 sq. ft. high-tech $45 million project.
Construction Manager on a 268-acre development for the City of Huntsville, Alabama. Management duties at Red Stone Gateway Project include interface with both Developer and RSA Personnel. The project consists of mass grading roads, lakes and ponds, construction, utilities, paving, landscaping, etc.
ThyssenKrupp Cooling Circuits, Calvert, Alabama, Superintendent in charge of construction of three water circuits structures at the ThyssenKrupp Steel Mill in Calvert-laminar hot well, settled water basin, and scale pit. All 3 structures were underground. This was a 9-month project which involved strict safety standards and rules. $42,000 cubic yards of concrete were placed during this time. All structures were completed on schedule and under budget. Peak manpower was 1 28 people.
•The Pinnacle & Symphony Place, Nashville, Tennessee, General Superintendent in charge of construction of 36 story high rise.

$48 million, 2460 suite addition to existing Isle of Capri Hotel & Casino, 14,000 sq. ft. multipurpose complex, three new restaurants, health spa, 1.5 mill pool complex, RV park, new roads and entrance tunnel to hotel.
Golden Moon Hotel & Casino, Choctaw, Mississippi, 180 million, 574 room hotel and casino in 18 months. This included bac of housec 6 restaurants & kitchens as well as fountains inside and out. Supervised seven area superintendents and phased scheduled work with in site architect engineers.
Biltmore Estate Hotel, Ashville, North Carolina, took over and completed $28 million, 160 room hotel, restaurants, kitchen, pool area and landscape, in final 8 months to owner's complete satisfaction.
Public Safety Building, Biloxi, MS, $8.5 million, two story, fire and police complex of structured steel and pre-cast concrete facade.
•Beau Rivage Casino, Biloxi, MS, the casino and theatre portion of $800 million project including barge supported casino, 6 restaurants, and pool and landscaped area on top of casino.
Silver Star Casino, Convention Center & Hotel, Choctaw, MS, managed 5 stages of construction of casino, 556 room hotel, atrium, parking areas, parking deck, health spa and pool, multiple restaurants, shops and convention center which took 3 h years $350 million.
•Hollywood Casino & Hotel, Tunica, Mississippi, $68 million floating gaming area, 180 room hotel, 2 restaurants of structural concrete and EFIS facade.
•Ameristar Casino, Vicksburg, Mississippi, $82 million floating casino and restaurants on three levels. Floating vessel is supported with a coffer cell system and higher water level than the river.
Harrah's Hotel and Shore-side Building, Vicksburg, Mississippi, $36 million, 140 room hotel of masonry and hollow core plank flooring, bridge to shore-side building, restaurants, kid's arcade and service facilities.
Southern Hen Poultry Processing Plant, Moselle, Mississippi, took over and completed project.

There were 9,500 cubic meters of architectural pre-cast. Duties included concrete estimation, scheduling and placement on daily, weekly, and monthly basics. Liaison between civic work schedule, daily progress and Construction Management Resident Engineer (Bechtel) and inspection personal.
