My career consists of 35 years’ experience in all aspects of engineering and construction including the industries of healthcare, commercial, institutional; educational, industrial; heavy highway and complete bridge restorations including concrete and steel repairs and blasting and repainting structures; hotels and high-end multi- family residential projects. This experience includes full oversight of the following:
●Provisions of essential support to the development team overseeing the phase planning from conception to fruition; complete preconstruction services, researching and assembling essential input to evaluate project feasibility and profitability;
●Management of the development of conceptual designs and all subsequent phases of the design process, pre-construction activities and preliminary scheduling and estimating iterations;
●Utilization of value engineering to keep project budgets secure while maintaining the overall required quality systems;
●Participation in contract negotiations and their development;
●Supervision of partnering negotiations, drafting and managing the administration of owner contracts and subcontracts;
●Provisions of a “hands on” approach to establishing a well-organized team, clear concise communication and current SOP’s for all aspects of project management;
●Review and approval of final estimates and cost proposals for project modifications;
●Preparation of assessment reports to provide quality control in the project’s results; preparation of executive reports for monthly reconciliation of accounting/cost reports and
●Maintenance and evaluating systems for company Ownership in overseeing multiple managers and projects simultaneously and an IT system to provide a dashboard to provide real time status for all key project personnel and executives.
