INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE (May 2017-june 2017)

•Basic training on steam boiler works at IND-CHEM, NAVAL DOCKYARD.

•Verified that the boilers and primary/feed water pumps stage up and down per the sequence of operations under all operating modes.

•Verified that the delay between boiler start/stop commands are as per design.

•Operation of all the valves and indication of the water level using pressure gauge.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

•PROJECT TITLE: FRESNEL LENS WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM

•PROJECT DESCRIPTION: My project’s main objective was to obtain pure water with the help of the Fresnel lens. When the solar energy gets concentrated to the Fresnel lens, the water gets heated and eventually gets converted into steam. The steam then condenses and gets converted into pure water.
