A Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Information Technology Management and with many certifications in Redhat, Cisco and Microsoft and almost 8 years of experience in IT support.

In my current role as a Network Operations Control (NOC) Analyst at FlexITy Solutions Managed Services department, we are responsible for oncall Network/Voice/Systems support for multiple clients across North America in various fields such as financial institutions, hospitals and stock exchanges. Are team constantly engages with are clients and support teams through email, ticketing system and phone to provide support in high availability environments. Work every day with Cisco TAC to assist clients with more complex issues in relation to their Cisco infrastructure.

In my previous contract role as a Network Administrator at Government of Canada Treasury board Secretariat branch I am responsible for managing an entire network which includes LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls and VoIP systems. My day to day is focused on preventing and fixing network problems and supporting a number of teams and individuals in the Treasury board Secretariat. Also in this environment I’m responsible for a large network of cisco devices that must constantly be configured, deployed, monitored and troubleshoot
