Architect with experience in design & development, gained experience in Dubai for working as authorities coordinator and have good knowledge in building’s regulations and the processes of getting the building permits for multiple projects.

I have a good experience in liaising with different local authorities in Dubai like DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL, DCD & RTA for in addition to Sharjah Town Planning & Municipality.

Technical reviews for all related to projects progress at site till completion.

Prepare architectural drawings for design, tendering design & construction purposes with AutoCAD & Revit architecture and monitor changes in drafting/design planning and organizing the work to meet the deadline

Adept in coordinating with other engineering disciplines to ensure drawings requirements are coordinated to all allied services.
