Rising Stars Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. falls under Foxconn International Holdings(FIH) an multinational company known for its contract manufacturing of mobile phones brands like Microsoft, Infocus, Asus, Oppo, Xiaomi, One plus, etc.
Roles & Activities:
Validate incoming materials through sampling inspection & finalize lot status.
Inspect the material bases on inspection standard, Customer providing drawings and SIP.
If material found accepted level means it will move to good location, otherwise will reject lots and move to rejection location and then escalate the issues to Suppliee Quality Engineer.
Arranging daily Quality Meeting with operators regarding previous day quality problems.
Maintenance of jigs and fixtures and updates the weekly once jigs working and availability status.
Training and assigning duty to team members.
AOD follow-ups for rejected parts with CFT knowledge
Coordinate with third party onsite supplier for sorting of rejected lots.
Handling the various types of measuring instruments like Dot gauge, feeler gauge, vernier callipers, micro metre, Video measuring machine, Profile projector and thickness and pin gauge.
Preparation of Daily & Weekly and monthly meeting and customer required quality reports.
Weekly once auditing the warehouse and follow the NC's closing status.
Basic trainings given to operator's like 5S, ESD, IQC general knowledge and inspection standard.
On-time GRN'S Clarence and support to production.
SIP & SOP preparation for new products and documents release through DCC.
Training and educating the team members.
Prepare the quality alerts and one point lessons for line incoming issues and for operator easy understanding.
Analyze root cause of line issues through CFT & escalate to supplier through SQE & validate improved lot performance.
Monitor incoming material performance & take effective containment action if FR is in increasing trend.
Conducting and Reporting Defective Inventory stock on Monthly Basis.
Maintenance of all controlled documents information files & Test records in timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate the calibration of all test equipments and fixtures. Collection of limit samples and master samples from customers.
