Current project :- In this project as per customer requirement design & development of components of Water cooler Chiller products. Product benchmarking & with VAVE make design more efficient and reliable. Preparing 3d modeling with detailing of drawing,piping, control panel fabrication drawings, Harness & BOM in SAP.

Description: APSO smart lock is fully integrated user interface jimmy proof smart locks. It works with smart phone application, web, front touch, finger print, and manual key. Design of different type of gear (spur gear, bevel gear, helicalgear), bearing and calculation of motor torque, bearing, spring, gear ratio, electrical calculation etc.

Designed mechanical solid parts, sheet metal, plastics, wiring components and connectors for product upgrades.

Defining PCB outline, mounting, and I/O constraints of electronic circuit boards and flexible circuit interconnects and exchanging IDF/EMN files between mechanical and HW teams

Determined the sizing of electrical components to meet specifications for electrical, thermal and mechanical standards.

Choosing proper Mechanism and concept for required function

Conducted component verification plan development for test and certification reporting

2). Smart locker:

Description: This is the superior activities smart locker for Consumers, collection agents and bankers. The Bluetooth device inside locker continuously broadcasting signals and smart phone authenticates the proximity of locker continuously. Track the locker location whenever required and where the locker is opened.
